Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

My husband and I got married at Weatherhead Hollow in August 2024. It was genuinely everything we could have dreamed of and more. The barn and courtyard was the perfect location to celebrate! We had about 95 guests and we fit wonderfully in the space. We had our ceremony under the big tree, which made for a lovely and intimate setting. We continue (years later) to get comments about how amazing the location and the farm was and how everything turned out. We rented both cottages and the farm house so we could celebrate the entire weekend with friends and family. They even allowed us to bring our dog, Penny. All three accommodations were spotless and SO comfortable. We enjoyed many unforgett...

We truly had the best wedding at Weatherhead Hollow! Katherine and Daniel are savvy and gracious hosts. The venue is a perfect mix of natural beauty, coziness, and charm and the location is perfect for guests to have their choice of lodging in Brattleboro. We couldn’t recommend this lovely venue more!

My husband and I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect wedding! Katherine and Daniel were so wonderful every step of the way and really made sure we had everything we needed to pull off our dream day. The venue is stunning, with picture perfect views, and elegant Vermont charm. We loved being able to utilize both the indoor and outdoor space for our wedding and rehearsal dinner. The accommodations are absolutely gorgeous and extremely comfortable. If I could give 100 stars I would!

Weatherhead Hollow Farmstead stands out as a thoughtful, beautiful, and exceptionally well-supported venue. I've been a wedding planner for 17 years, and I am always so excited to work with Katherine, and I truly believe any couple would be lucky to work with her, too. If you're looking for a venue that has thought of everything and will transform your wedding into a Vermont postcard, I can't recommend Weatherhead Hollow Farmstead enough!
