Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a outdoor movie partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Nothing but five stars and beyond for Ben and Jamie! They've hosted my music festival for 3 years in a row, & seasoned musicians say they make them sound amazing. Truly top-notch professionals/experts with AV & live concerts.

VT Audio Visual provided excellent equipment for our theatrical event. They were punctual with the delivery. Every customer service interaction, on the phone and via email, was friendly and competent. I highly recommend them!

Working with Ben was very easy and he has great prices! We rented speakers and all the needed equipment for my wedding. All the equipment worked as advertised and Ben provided me with a rundown on how to use each piece of equipment. In the future for any audio/visual needs I will reach out to VT Audio Visual first!

I have worked with Ben many times over the years. I live in NYC and when I have productions in VT he is always the first person I call. Great attention to detail and quality service at a good price. Highly recommended.
