Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a catering partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Our catering was done by Vincent Bianco for our wedding. From our very beginning phone call with Vinny, we knew this is who we wanted to work with. Each step, every few months he would check in. Any changes I asked, were made instantly. He guided us, answered every phone call, email in such a timely manner. Beth was so helpful, so kind & truly runs such a great wait staff. I was so impressed. The food was Incredible. Every single app was put together so beautifully. His staff made sure Austin and I were well fed the entire night. Constantly checking on us, talking to our guests, watching to make sure we were enjoying our time. I can not recommend his catering enough!

If I could give Vincent Bianco Catering 10 stars I would. Started off with the kindness and generosity from the first call. Being so patient with all of our questions throughout the process of our wedding. He was thorough and quick to respond whenever we needed him. He made sure to take care of us and that meant the world for such a special occasion. The food… our guests were approaching us at the wedding telling us how amazing everything was. I don’t know there’s a word great enough to express how delicious, fresh and beautifully presented it was. If you are planning to get married at The Smith Barn and looking for exceptional food and kind service. This is your sign to go with Bianco cater...

Everyone!!!! THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO BOOK VINCENT BIANCO CATERING. They just catered our wedding on 6/21/26 and every single guest, truly, every single guest said it was THE BEST food at a wedding they'd ever had. Vinnie and his staff were incredibly accommodating with food allergies & restrictions, kids meals, and any and all questions we had. His communication and correspondence was phenomenal. He also has a wedding manager named Beth, who if you so choose, will step in as a day off coordinator! She will set up all your table decorations, party favors, photos, and your ceremony space. We cannot recommend her enough! My wife cried when she first walked in the space and saw what she create...
