Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a photo & video partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We hired Super Sounds Entertainment/Video Memory to video our daughters wedding. We dealt with the owner, Grant, for all questions and transactions. He was very friendly, informative, and professional. We enjoyed working with him through out the process. We paid for an edited full length video and a flashback short video that were both superbly shot and edited. The price point was not a budget buster either. Very reasonably priced. The on site videographer was Jacob and he captured all the best moments of the wedding and reception. He arrived earlier and left later than contracted which we very much appreciated. We are very pleased with the videos. We highly recommend Video Memory!

Our videographer Andy perfectly captured our wedding day back in October. Him and Grant were very helpful in the process leading up to the wedding, and made it easy for us to get all the footage we wanted afterwards! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone, as I feel they are a great value for people looking to have their wedding captured on video.

We used Video Memory for our wedding videographer and are so happy we did! Originally we were on the fence on whether we needed a videographer at our wedding, but decided to go for it. We are so happy we did! Tomo managed to capture everything from the first look, the ceremony, and the dancing. He even captured special one on one moments with our family, so they were able to leave us private messages throughout the night. The wedding flew by so quickly, being able to watch it over again together was such a special moment. The quality of the video was great, the music, the editing, all of it! We would recommend everyone use Tomo, and Video Memory.

From beginning to end, Video Memory did an amazing job with our videography. They had great communication and really took the time to understand what we were looking for and answer all of our questions! Both Jacob and Tomo did an amazing job with the videography. They were both friendly and just going with the flow of our photographer – while still making sure they got the shots they needed. They really captured all of the special moments so perfectly!

Supersounds Entertainment was amazing to work with and we absolutely loved our wedding video! Grant was a pleasure to communicate with; very prompt with responses, kind and informative. Jacob was our videographer and he did a wonderful job and collaborated well with our photographer. The Supersounds Team is top quality, professional and all around great! Hiring them and working them was stress free and one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
