Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a florals partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We were lucky enough to have Ute do our wedding flowers in June! She was truly the kindest person and so trusting with all the floral details. Ute followed up multiple times with me prior to the wedding, her prices are extremely reasonable and the quality is superb!

Just calling the lady I talked to was an awesome experience. I was ordering an arrangement to be delivered to Talta Lodge. Not only did she know exactly where it was before I could finish my sentence but she knew just the right flowers to put together. Honestly one of the most beautiful bouqets. The ladys voice was something of an old friend from a past life and the coolest aunt ever. It was a brief straight to the point and extremely efficient conversation, it just left me feeling very happy with my purchase. Thank you for helping make my proposal adventure that much better.

Bouquet sent last week included sunflowers, yellow roses, fabulous greenery, vibrant purples. My sister is still raving about the selection and how fresh they still are. Thank you so much!!!

We were delighted with Ute’s flowers for our daughter and son-in-laws wedding ceremony last October. We’re so lucky to have such a lovely florist right here in Stowe!

Purchased a bridal bouquet & boutonnière for our elopement and we were thrilled with the results! Gave Ute (the owner) a brief description of what I was hoping for (goth, but not too goth) and the flowers I was hoping for. We discussed what might be in season / available, and I am so happy with how it turned out. Uncle George’s Flowers was highly recommended by our venue & officiant and I highly recommend her, too!
