Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Two weeks ago, I hosted a Bridal Shower at The Tupper Manner! Our Experience was simply wonderful! Event Coordinator was organized and followed up on my questions thoroughly and within a timely manner. She even ensured that a few of our special requests were included. The Event manager and her team were incredibly attentive, helpful, and prepared! Everyone was so friendly, and engaged easily with our guests. The breakfast was delicious, receiving many compliments from our guests! This Bridal Shower was more than we could have hoped for, surpassing our expectations! We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone at Tupper for such a lovely experience!

We had the wedding of our dreams here!!! It was truly a magical atmosphere and the staff was top notch. Everything that day was perfect and our wedding coordinator Cailey handled all of our details beautifully up to and including last minute requests. They were so organized and food was amazing the steak was like butter. Guests stayed at the newly renovated Wiley Inn-we have zero complaints. Front desk and bartender there were wonderful. True fairytale wedding!!

We just enjoyed our wedding day at Tupper Manor! From the minute we toured the venue, my husband and I knew this was where we wanted to celebrate our big day! The venue's decor with stained glass windows, windows overlooking the ocean, and beautiful fireplaces was exactly what we were looking for. It was such a pleasure working with David and Colby throughout the planning process and on the day of. They were responsive and coordinated. There were so many little details from the day that they coordinated that made my husband and I feel special. On the day of the wedding, the bridal suite on the second floor was amazing. I was able to spend the morning with my bridal party enjoying breakfast, ...

We just enjoyed our dream wedding at Tupper Manor! The venue is absolutely beautiful. From the second we walked through, we knew this was where we wanted to have our reception. It was a pleasure working with Colby and Cailey, they were so organized and helped us with planning every step of the way. One of my favorite parts of my wedding day was seeing Tupper decorated and surrounded by all of our families and friends. Every corner of the manor is filled with New England charm and character: from the conservatory where we had dinner to the library, bar, billiard room and main room where we danced with the band. Guests also enjoyed stepping outside and admiring the fountain, we also loved how ...

I had the pleasure of capturing Elizabeth and Alan's fall wedding at Tupper Manor recently and I can confidently say that this venue is a dream come true for any photographer. From the stunning outdoor ceremony space to the picturesque beach (and path that leads to it) just minutes away, Tupper Manor offers endless opportunities for capturing beautiful, timeless photos. The indoor reception spaces at Tupper Manor are equally impressive. The mansion is beautifully decorated, with a variety of elegant rooms that offer endless opportunities for capturing stunning photos. The Grand Ballroom, with its high ceilings, provided the perfect setting for the couple's first dance, and I was able to cap...
