Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

As a caterer we love working at this gorgeous location. The view of the city is beautiful. But the best part is working with their top-notch event manager. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that all of your needs are met. The Top of the Tower is lucky to have someone as dedicated and professional as Amy on their team. 5 stars all around!

It's great to have a new special event venue in the city. Incredible views of the city from all directions. The space is a really a blank canvas that can be transformed into a magical venue for a special occasion or for a meeting where a standard meeting room just won't do. Amy is wonderful to work with and extremely accommodating. Ample covered parking in the attached garage provides easy access to the building. If you haven't seen the space, you really should. Nothing else like it in Worcester.

The top of the Tower provides a breathtaking backdrop of Worcester. Watching the city move through its day from the Top of the Tower is impressive and elevates any occasion. The event space is spacious and well-designed, perfect for gatherings of all sizes. Working with Amy LeBlanc has been a delight; she is professional, and her attention to detail lets you know you picked the right venue. I recommend reaching out to Amy to make your event stand out amongst the crowd.
