Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

This is a special venue. it took us 2 years to pick a place to host our wedding, everywhere we toured felt commercialized. We were looking for a place that felt personal, that guests could come to submerge themselves in nature and understand why we love hiking and exploring New Hampshires beauty. Timber Hill Farm delivered on all fronts. The property is absolutely stunning, we were also blessed with a gorgeous sunset on our wedding day. Meg was my go to girl for MONTHS leading up to the wedding, by the end of my wedding day her and Sage felt more like my friends than my wedding coordinators. Over 20 people reached out to me saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Being able to ...

Got married on June 6, 2026 at Timber Hill Farm and I can’t say enough amazing things about this beautiful place! We had the most perfect day in the most gorgeous surroundings, and so much help from Meg and Michelle leading up to the event. A few of the things I’d like to highlight about Timber Hill Farm - The venue fee covers everything you need at Timber Hill Farm. There is not any type of extra pricing or add-ons to worry about. - Timber Hill Farm also provides wedding coordination. Leading up to the wedding, they were there with us every step of the way. Helping us make decisions, find vendors, answering all kinds of questions. On the day of your wedding, you will not worry about a thing...

We recently had the opportunity to provide bartending services for a wedding at Timber Hill Farm, and wow, what an incredible place! The property is absolutely gorgeous, and their wedding coordinator, Megan, was such a joy to work with. She’s so kind, organized, and clearly cares about every couple’s experience. Everything ran so smoothly, and the whole day had such a great energy. We look forward to coming back and working more weddings here, it’s definitely one of our new favorite venues! — Michael Lyon, Bar Lyon

We absolutely loved our wedding day at Timber Hill Farm! Jen and Isaac were phenomenal, they went far beyond our expectations and are very much worth the investment. While any venue can be beautiful, Jen and Isaac are the true winners for the farm - as their family owns the working farm, they are truly invested in the success of each and every wedding, and it shows. We also loved the conservation aspect of the venue, with farm to table vibes, and the wood in the barn being taken from the land itself and milled and constructed on site. The barn was beautiful and everything we imagined for our day!

Best venue, best views, best people. Our wedding at Timber Hill Farm could not have been more perfect! It was the first (and only) venue we looked at and we were immediately sold. Jen and Isaac are a dream to work with -- they were so helpful with vendor recommendations, decor from their wedding pantry, and they went above and beyond on the day-of to ensure everything ran smoothly! It's a family-run establishment, and they take such care to make sure you (the couple) and even your guests feel cared for like family, too. We wanted our wedding to feel really personal and had several "custom" elements. Jen & Isaac gave us great advice, kept us on schedule, and ensured everything was executed ...
