Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We had our wedding at the White Room and it was amazing!! I had so many guests tell me afterwards how they literally gasped when they walked in due to how gorgeous it is. During planning, Luis was extremely helpful and very responsive making it a breeze. Definitely recommend this venue for any event!

My wife and I held our wedding reception (around 135 people) at the White Room and it absolutely exceeded our expectations of an event space. The owners (who also bartend/decorate/coordinate it all) were AMAZING. They were super flexible with all of our ideas and made our big day absolutely perfect. The venue itself is gorgeous so little decoration was needed to bringing our vision to life. Thank you Luis for all your work!!

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Luis and Bergit! Their professionalism, flexibility, helpfulness, and overall care and positivity they brought to our event made it even more special. We are so thankful to them and cannot sing their praises enough. The space is absolutely beautiful and our guests could not stop complimenting everything about it! We couldn't have picked a better venue nor picked better people to help us bring our vision to life. We highly recommend hosting your next event at The White Room---you will not regret it! Thank you so much! Shelby & Marisa

We had our wedding here May 2026, and it was literally the perfect venue. The outdoor garden space was divine, and the indoor decor and amenities of the venue were eclectic and inclusive. Luis and Birgit worked with us flawlessly, the love and attention they put into the space is obvious. We absolutely recommend your Worcester wedding!!!

Our school recently held a dance here, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue. When I was tasked at finding a venue to hold our school dance. We were looking for something central to the state, as our students were coming from all over Massachusetts. I wasn't finding anything the fit our needs. I wanted something more than what I was finding out there. I frustratingly typed into google cool venues in or around worcester...thankfully the first option I found The White Room. The space is absolutely beautiful, and the owner was great to work with—friendly, helpful, and made the entire process stress-free. The kids had a great time and loved the atmosphere. Parents also appreciated that t...
