Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

From our first tour to the last dance, this team was absolutely exceptional. We met Marlana when we first visited and knew right away we were in great hands — it was actually the first and only venue we looked at! She took the time to understand our Valentines vision and gave us such thoughtful recommendations throughout the planning process. Our coordinator Taylor was introduced to us as "day-of" but was genuinely with us every step of the way. From helping with planning to coordinating with our vendors, I feel so lucky to have had her as a true partner throughout it all. On our wedding day, she and her team executed everything flawlessly. My husband and I, along with all of our guests, we...

My husband and I got married at The Venues in September, and couldn’t be happier with our choice! It was only the second venue we toured, but we booked it right away because we’re were so impressed by Marlana during our visit. She had such fun, creative ideas and made us feel like we’d have her support throughout the entire wedding planning process. We loved the venue’s industrial vibe, cool speakeasy, charming outdoor space, and the flexibility they offered. The onsite accommodations were a huge plus, and we appreciated that so many furniture and decor items were included. The team was incredibly supportive every step of the way - answering all our questions, offering amazing suggestions f...

A Truly Special Experience at The Venues at The Factory When planning my daughter’s baby shower, I knew I didn’t want the typical banquet room in a restaurant or a standard function hall. I was looking for something unique and memorable. After meeting with Marlana, I immediately felt confident that The Venues at The Factory was exactly what I had been searching for. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. The team supporting us on the day of the event was simply fantastic—professional, warm, and incredibly accommodating. I was genuinely impressed by how everyone went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and beautifully. I’ve already recommended The Ven...

I had such an amazing experience at The Venues at The Factory. The space is absolutely stunning modern, industrial, and still so warm and inviting. Every area felt unique, and there were so many beautiful spots for photos and different moments throughout the event. What really stood out to me was how flexible and customizable everything was. It was so easy to make the space match the vision. The team was incredible from start to finish so helpful, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. You can tell they really care about the experience they’re creating. Guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and how much they enjoyed the atmosph...

The Venues at the Factory was the perfect place to have a baby shower. My husband and I wanted to have a “Jack and Jill” style baby shower inviting all of our loved ones to be present to celebrate our soon to be baby girl. This venue offers the perfect mixture of elegance, utility, with a modern twist. We received so many compliments on the beauty of our venue during our event with many guests commenting on what a great space it was. We are still in awe of the day and already trying to relive it through photographs. Everything was perfect. This venue allowed for the larger amount of guests we wanted to invite and upon the tour with Molly (best venue coordinator!) she brought the vision to li...
