Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a outdoor movie partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Drove an hour with kids loaded up and showed up nobody was there, the movie had been canceled but it was not on their website or emailed to us after buying tickets online, we are thankful for the refund and hope to try again but I recommend communicating more effectively than just Facebook. There was also no inclement weather at time of movie etc and no reason for closure we were all very sad

I hadn’t been since the old location and I was disappointed. We were in the front row to begin with since my daughter has vision problems and the picture quality was not good at all (blurry and dark). Only half of the screen had the movie playing and the screen seemed a lot smaller than the old location. I gave it two stars because there was plenty of space and wasn’t crowded. $30 per vehicle seemed reasonable for the prior location, but too much for the overall quality for this location. Just not for us. We unfortunately won’t be back and don’t recommend.

Very buggy, the screen is placed to far back so its difficult to feel engaged, and its in a parking lot.. so no matter how big your car is, someone's trunk or roof is gonna be blocking half your view. I miss the old location..

Excellent experience at the Aquboggin Saco Drive-in. Ample parking with rules in place to be sure that all have a fair view of the screen. Sound quality was good.

It all started here for me in the late 80s when I came with friends to watch the original "Die Hard" and "Batteries not Included". One of the last Drive Ins around! The folks who run this place do an amazing job and have kept this place going. Great movie selection, good assortment of hot food and drinks. Nice family atmosphere. I have frequented this place since a child and now bring my own family several times per season. My favorite high school history teacher use to run the old projector (RIP Mr. Galbraith) and it was always great to see him here. A couple years back I joined the local car club for a private showing of "Fast and Furious" which was super cool. Looking forward to many retu...

An estimate for planning, not live traffic. Leafy weekends in October always take longer.
