Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

If I could give more stars I would!! I highly recommend the Mansfield Barn for anyone & everyone who is looking for a wedding venue. The owner Grant goes above and beyond to make your wedding dreams come true. We got married 6/6/26, it rained all morning leading up to our ceremony. The odds were not looking good for our outdoor ceremony. Grant emailed me mid morning and said there is a 30% chance of rain at 4pm and not to worry. He & his staff would set up all the chairs outside minuets before the ceremony started weather dependant. (The barn is so beautiful the ceremony would have been just as good inside). And boy did he deliver!! We loved the outdoor set up. We are so thankful for Grant &...

We can't say enough about our wedding experience at the Mansfield Barn! Grant went above and beyond to make sure our special day turned out great. He was quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel at ease. The barn is air conditioned which was a huge plus on a very hot day! The ceremony outside was beautiful, and it was so nice to come into a nice cool barn for dinner and dancing! The barn has some really great lighting and decor which added a special touch! There were 3 bathrooms upstairs so no need to keep anyone waiting. Ryan was there to help with setting up and rehearsal the day before, and the barn supervisor was there the day of the wedding to help with any needs ...

The Mansfield Barn was absolutely perfect for our wedding. The space was beautiful and the AC saved us on our hot wedding day. Grant was so easy to work with and stayed in touch with us during the entire wedding planning process. Waterfront Catering Group was the preferred vendor we chose for our catering, and we were so happy with them. We couldn't imagine having our wedding anywhere else. 10/10 would recommend!!!

This venue is so beautiful in every way. The grounds, the post and beam architecture, the beautiful lighting, the gorgeous dining tables, the separate bar area - every bit of this venue has been carefully designed, and is perfect. It literally needs no additional decoration. We had an incredible time at our Ladies’ Night, it could not have been any better! We are so thankful!

If your looking for a reception place for your wedding then the "Mansfield Barn" is the place! From the beginning of the planning of our daughter's wedding there, Grant was so helpful and patient with everything we threw his way! The barn supervisor Tim, was amazing and made sure everything was going well! The DJ, from Supersounds, Bucky was on everything and kept the party going! The day was as my daughter and her husband put it, "Very Magical and amazing! " Like I said go to the Mansfield Barn for all you wedding needs! Also want to mention "Waterfront Catering " Gary and his staff were great, on top of everything and so polite and patient! Last but not least our Photographer, Geoff from P...
