Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We loved this hotel! The location is perfect. It's close to restaurants and shopping but it is in a peaceful area with a beautiful setting and a nice mountain view. The front desk staff were so nice and we arrived late but found check in incredibly easy. The room was spacious, quiet and very clean. The beds were very comfy and the linens were high quality. We will definitely stay here again!

We accidentally booked the wrong day and the website wouldn’t allow us to cancel, but the amazing lady at the front desk was able to move the day with no issue. Arriving at the hotel, it was very picturesque and the room was very well arranged and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent and honestly way out of the hotel league of normal continental breakfasts, seeming more like a gourmet cafe. All in all, I think this was the best hotel I’ve ever been to.

Our room was very clean - no odors of any kind. Comfortable beds with clean and dry bedding. Immaculate towels. Full set of bathroom supplies. Decent breakfast. Scenic view at the mountain when the weather permits - the night we arrived there was heavy rain and the next morning there was a thick fog in the very early hours, however by 9-10 am the fog cleared and that’s when we enjoyed the view of the mountain.

Wonderfully clean room with a fantastic view in a quiet setting. Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast far exceeded any expectations. This may be the nicest hotel stay I’ve ever had.

We've stayed here three times now and have always been very happy. The rooms are very nice with a wood burning fireplace which is refreshed every day. There is also a deck off the rear of the room. Five minutes from the center of Manchester and within easy reach of any of our favorite destinations. The staff is always very attentive to any needs or concerns. Rates are good too. Oh yeah, we can bring the dog. Tha's a must for us anywhere we stay.
