Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

*One of THE best locations in Dennisport because of ALL they offer in the rooms, outside, w pool and private beach&access and the people who own and operate it. Highlighting... *Clean sheets and towels *Kitchette a perk so you can store beach snacks, drinks, and relax rest of the trip *Housekeeping IS the best in the area *Reservation team and staff are the best people you will ever meet. *Pricing is a subjective thing, what one person thinks is expensive another thinks is cheap so instead, make your decision on what you value and matters to you. Have a nice trip!

Rooms were clean and great location. Hotel has great potential but the management is disorganized and unfriendly. Would not recommend booking if you have options. If you book, book directly with the hotel because they haven’t figured out how online third parties’ system communicate with theirs. You have to call to basically rebook your room and do everything twice. Pet friendly rooms online are not actually what you get and it does not guarantee you a pet room when booking via expedia or alike. The only person that had it together was the bartender, Carol. She’s amazing and the best part of the hotel.

Great little hotel right on the ocean! We were only staying one night in the Cape and appreciated that there wasn't a minimum night stay, which was tricky to find. The room was comfy. We stayed in an ocean front room and liked the balcony, plus all the windows for natural light.

Easy check-in, friendly workers, clean room and a beautiful location right on the water. We couldn’t have had a better time on our stay and the weather was perfect! Will definitely be coming back again.

Just beautiful! Comfy beds, clean room. Tanesha went over and above to get a booking mistake made by her co-worker corrected. We had a blast!

How far is this from home?

Pick the city you and most of your guests will be driving from and we will estimate the trip.

An estimate for planning, not live traffic. Leafy weekends in October always take longer.
