Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

The Beach House Inn was nice, beautiful location. Good parking, albeit poor signage from the road, to acces the parking lot behind the Inn. It has chairs out on the lawn to use, and loaner bikes and yard games. A cute little gift shop that was as nice as many of the little stores we went to. The staff was very friendly. They have a full sized fridge for all guests. It has a nice coffee tea area set up in the lobby. The 3 stars instead of five was due to not having a fridge in the rooms, and our room was a bit worn, the door was not properly fitted with a 1 inch gap at the top of the door letting in sound and light from the hallway, which wasn't great as we were right next to the elevato...

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach House Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful, the lobby sitting area was cozy and convenient, the location was amazing. The room was cozy, comfortable bed, clean and recently renovated bathroom. Just really comfortable and cozy, we slept great, and so did our 10 month old who also enjoyed her stay. The location was great too, right on the ocean and perfect for walks, and very close to town.

Stayed here for the first time for a mini vacation and it was a great experience. Would highly recommend this spot! Staff were super friendly, rooms were nice and very clean. They offered free bike rentals which made it easy to travel to nearby beaches and even into downtown Kennebunkport. Will be back for sure!

This was our first time to New England. We stayed in a new place each night. This was by far the best! The staff was friendly, it was so cozy, clean, and felt like stepping into a photo. I would come back and stay in a heartbeat.

Holy smokes, this place was wonderful! The staff are friendly, rooms are clean, beds are comfy, coffee is always on, there's a common area with amazing views, the price is waaaay lower than you would expect, and the location! You will be RIGHT. ON. THE. OCEAN. Seriously, you step out the door, cross the road and fall into the ocean! You're a short walk from a popular dog walking and surfing beach on one side, a family friendly beach with a playground on the other side, and in between is a nice rocky exploring beach! This hotel is right around the corner from Walker's Point, where the Bush family owns an estate, so you know that you're upper crust now, rubbing shoulders with former president...

Getting here

How far is this from home?

Pick the city you and most of your guests will be driving from and we will estimate the trip.

An estimate for planning, not live traffic. Leafy weekends in October always take longer.
