Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We recently had a wedding reception for our daughter and son in law. From day 1 the owner Lissa and family were amazing to work with. They were attentive to our needs and added exceptional guidance in planning the event. The catering company that Lissa recommended was also spot on! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and our guests were allowed to enjoy the entire farm. Everyone in attendance, was amazed by the venue and all stated what a great time they had and stated how beautiful the farm was! It truly was a magical day enhanced by Terrydiddle Farm.
