Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a entertainment partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Brian was PHENOMENAL for my wedding yesterday! I cannot say enough positive things. The music transitions were seamless and perfect every time. Ceremony audio was everything I hoped for with nothing missed. He played good music that kept people on the dance floor all night long! The uplighting was worth the upgrade! Thank you Brian for an incredible night!

We cannot recommend Brian enough. We were definitely on the "hands-on" side of things when it came to our music—we had a very specific list of songs and genres we wanted to hear throughout the night. Brian was incredibly receptive to our requests and went above and beyond to make sure our vision came to life. His transitions were seamless; he blended everything perfectly, keeping the energy high and the flow of the reception smooth from start to finish. He kept the vibe exactly where we wanted it, and the dance floor was packed all night long. They had to peel me off the floor at the end of the night!

We first heard Brian DJ at a car show we attended a couple years ago, and knew we had to have him for our wedding. Brian was amazing to work with from start to finish. It was so easy to detail our specific wants/needs for our wedding music on Brian’s client portal. He also took time to schedule a phone call a week before the wedding to go over everything. Guests are still talking about the great variety of music that was played, and I don’t think he missed a single song on our preferred playlist. He let our 4 year old son sit behind the DJ table, and I think he may have an apprentice on his hands in a few years! Brian also sent us some incredible pictures and videos he took. We cannot thank ...

Highly recommend Brian for any and all of your DJ-ing needs! He was the DJ for our wedding in Manchester, VT, last month and did a fantastic job. Throughout the process he was highly professional, responsive, friendly, and helped create exactly the dance floor we were looking for. His client portal was easy to use, and his equipment was top notch; the uplighting was definitely worthwhile for a fun party atmosphere. Couldn't imagine a better person to work with!
