Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We had an amazing time here. Very quiet and convenient. Sadly we didn’t have the time to check out the mini golf or bowling so we are planning another trip to do that. We can’t wait until we are able to return and hopefully able to get the same room on the end! Thank you for being dog friendly as Reggie loved it too.

Our stay at Sun & Ski Inn and Suites was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The hotel itself offers so much more than just a place to sleep, between the indoor pool and hot tub, the beautiful grounds, mini golf, and the incredible on-site bowling alley and restaurant, there was always something fun to do. The location is perfect for exploring Stowe and enjoying everything Vermont has to offer. What truly made this experience exceptional, however, was Ethan, the Front Desk Manager. In all my years of traveling, I can honestly say Ethan is the most helpful, kind, professional, and welcoming front desk manager I have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, he went above and bey...

I actually hesitated between giving this hotel 4 or 5 stars because almost everything was excellent. The property is very new, modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. The landscaping is outstanding, creating a peaceful resort-like atmosphere. We especially loved the indoor jacuzzi and the mini golf course. Another thoughtful touch was having water and ice machines conveniently located throughout the property. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars was the breakfast. It was very disappointing and felt more like an afternoon tea than a hotel breakfast. The selection consisted mainly of pastries, muffins, cookies, and yogurt, with no hot breakfast items at all, and no juice or ...

Stayed for one evening. The room was clean, spacious and had all the expected amenities. Staff was super helpful and the grounds are pretty with mini golf, volleyball and a stream out back. Great value for your money!

We were on the road all day from Niagara headed to Mount Washington and needed a last minute place to stay. We called ahead and the night host took our information and told us that we could come check out the rooms at our convenience. When we showed up, the young lady at the desk was very accommodating and even allowed us to check the rooms to ensure they were up to wife’s standards, which they were. We got two adjoining rooms which was great because we have a family of 6 and a little dog. The rooms were clean, spacious and the kitchen had everything we would need for a long stay, despite only staying one night. The hotel has a bowling alley, a putt-putt course, and access to a nearby c...
