Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

The Stowe Village Inn is a wonderful place to stay. We stayed in the inn (vs the motel), and our room was charming with plenty of space. Small, thoughtful touches, like free hot or iced coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, really helped show the effort they put into creating a great experience for their guests. It’s in a great location and is very walkable to the village. There’s a large, quiet seating area off the lobby which was perfect for getting some work done while my family was in our room.

My boyfriend and I booked a last minute room for 3 nights at the Stowe Village Inn and snagged a king room in the motel. It was such a cute room that was perfect for our plans of hanging out in Stowe. It is walking distance to a lot of fun places like the rec path, the shops, and restaurants. We ate at Grants restaurant within the main hotel twice because it was absolutely delicious - recommend the tuna tataki appetizer. The staff were incredibly friendly at each interaction and the complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were lifesavers! It was nice to sit on their main porch and drink my morning coffee while it rained. I highly recommend staying here when in town.

Perfect location in downtown Stowe. Walk-able to downtown and the Rec Path and a short drive to the rest of Stowe and the ski resort. The Inn staff were great, rooms were clean and comfortable and food and drinks at the restaurant were awesome. Patio and fire pit area were really fun.

Check-in was seamless - didn’t even have to go to the front desk. While the room was a bit spartan, it was fine. Bed mattress probably needs turning or replacing but it was fine. For a skier with lots of gear, plenty of room. Very convenient to downtown. I would certainly stay there again.

Becca at the front desk welcomed us with a smile and great food recommendations. Very close walk into town and the views were fantastic. The room was wonderfully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The property grounds are beautiful and it was very safe. The room had all the amenities you would need with a nice variety of coffee and tea available throughout the day. Staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel.
