What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a catering partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Sarah, Chef Todd & team are beyond talented! They helped us manage a last minute canceled rehearsal dinner venue and a stressful wedding day weather forecast, all without blinking an eye. They made sure my husband and I were taken care of from the start to the very end - signature drinks and snacks at our whim! They assisted in setting up, assuring everything looked polished, beautiful and oh so effortless! People still rave about our wedding food one year later. My personal fav was our mini charcuterie boards for each table - the perfect way to start dinner! Forever grateful for Stone Cove's influence on our day - it would not have been the same without them and their exceptional service ...

If I could give Stone Cove Catering more than five stars, I would. Stone Cove catered our daughter and now Son-In-Law's multi-day wedding celebration in Maine, including a family barbecue, welcome events, a traditional Maine lobster dinner, the wedding itself, and breakfasts. For both the lobster dinner and wedding, they beautifully served approximately 130 guests, and they were exceptional from beginning to end. The food was outstanding. Our lobster dinner was everything we dreamed a Maine lobster bake could be: fire-roasted lobster, steamed potatoes and corn, beautiful salads and sides, including an incredible farro and goat cheese dish. It was delicious, abundant, and the perfect way to...

Stone Cove Catering and Day-of planning helped make my daughter's December wedding at French's Point turn out exactly how we had envisioned. Sarah ran the event with such efficiency and expertise. We gave her pictures and talked with her about what we wanted and it was that and then some. These pictures don't do it justice at all! The food was really great - and it was chosen without a tasting! Bar service was also fantastic. Everyone was very friendly. Sarah was always at hand to take care of small details but worked on the perimeter, making everything run so smoothly. She kept us on time and our guests happy. I whole-heartedly recommend this company and would work with them again in a m...

Stone Cove catering was perfect for my small December wedding! Sarah was literally amazing- We hired Stone Cove for reception catering and for day-of-coordination, but she truly helped so much along the way. She quickly answered all my emails for months leading up to the wedding and gave me great advice. She facilitated ordering rentals and helped us get everything we needed while staying in-budget. On the day-of, their staff set the tables and arranged the decorations. As you can see, it was gorgeous. Their tear down of the event made it so I didn't have to worry about anything. The food was phenomenal! The staff-passed hors d'oeuvres were beautiful and yummy and really set the tone. For e...

Professional..authentic..traditional.. and an experience that is over the top from start to finish.. he and his crew add that special touch to the party! We are blessed to have been able to book him and to call him a friend.
