Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a photo booth partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Snapshot VT donated their time and equipment to a fundraiser for a local preschool. It was the best photo booth experience I have ever had!! The backdrop was beautiful and fun, and they had fun props. They have a setup right there to upload your pictures to FaceBook right off! They made it a really fun experience. And to donate their time to a children's organization is amazing.

Snapshot was the photo booth service at my wedding and they did an incredible job. On time arrival, super friendly attendant, quick and easy set up, great prices even though it was to an all new location for them. Highly recommend their company.
