Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We had an incredible experience with Saphire Estate. Our planner Anne Z was super organized and fun to work with! She always brought a calm energy and made us feel taken care of, while also laughing a lot through the process! She was a pro!!! Also Judy helped us the day of as our personal assistant and she was wonderful! The food came out hot and was super tasty (everyone keeps raving about the food!!). We got the braised short rib and the Tuscan chicken. They also accommodated special drinks we wanted with Mezcal and special peach juice! The venue was super clean and everything felt new and up kept. We truly had the wedding of our dreams and Saphire helped make it happen! What a beautiful...

I've had a lot of fun photographing weddings at Saphire Estate over the years. I always end up bringing couples down by the water for a few photos, and there are plenty of other great spots around the property too. The inside of the venue is beautiful, the staff is super friendly, and it's just an all-around great place to spend a wedding day. Looking forward to being back!

We recently had our wedding at Saphire Estate, and it was truly everything we could have hoped for and more. From start to finish, the entire day was seamless and stress free thanks to the incredible staff and attention to detail. The food was absolutely delicious, our guests are still talking about how amazing everything tasted! The staff was attentive, professional, and always one step ahead, making sure every detail was taken care of throughout the day. One of the things we appreciated most was how beautifully everything was decorated. The team brought our vision to life perfectly and made sure every detail reflected exactly what we wanted. Everything flowed so smoothly, allowing us to ...

We truly could not have been happier with our experience with Saphire Event Group, especially with Kayla. She was organized, responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. She kept track of so many details, from our timeline and floor plan to ceremony logistics, menu and bar questions, vendor coordination, and last-minute décor changes. She always made us feel like our questions and ideas mattered. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared. By the time the wedding arrived, it felt like we were working with someone who really knew us and understood what was important to us. The day-of coordination was excellent, the venue looked beautiful, and...
