Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a photo & video partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

After reading such great reviews about Bob, I reached out to him about getting my Canadian passport photos done. He was able to see me the day of my call. It is such a relief to find a photographer who understands the guidelines for Canadian passport photos. Beyond knowing what he is doing, he is also a really nice guy and a pleasure to speak with! The whole process was easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Bob spent so much time taking the photos - they were wonderful! Just what we had hoped for. His follow up support was amazing too! He touched up the photos and took the time to send to the school for us, according to their specs. We are so thrilled with the experience from beginning to end!

My daughter's wedding was on a blustery day this April at an interesting venue without typical spaces for wedding photography. Bob Akers was wonderfully flexible and provided us with beautiful, touching, and fun candid shots along with all the formals we wanted. Bob is a consummate professional! He put us at ease for natural smiles in the formal photos, and captured the candid moments as we all enjoyed the day. It was a wonderful day and we have great photos to remember it. Thank you, Bob!

Bob was extremely easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the Canadian Citizenship application process and provided me shockingly high-quality photos that met my requirements. Will be going back for any of my photography needs!
