Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Very clean, accommodating, affordable. The staff was very nice. The rooms were actually comfortable at a separate kitchen and a separate bathroom double doors to a bedroom. Easy location on and off the highway. Plus my furry kid was totally welcomed. The pool area was clean with plenty of towels. It was a pretty good deal. Definitely going back. Easily handicapped accessible

Great hotel, clean and the staff I've encountered have all been great. I would like to give a shoutout to Joe. Joe preps everything for breakfast and he's so friendly and maintains a clean breakfast area. Place is also super convenient and close to Portland's many tourist spots.

The front desk lady (maybe 50, brown/gray hair, glasses, shorter) and supervisor that I interacted with are very clearly racist people and made my stay miserable. The rooms are old but big. The housekeeping and maintenance staff are lovely. If you do book due to your love of bad service, I would avoid booking on Airbnb as the hotel does not honor those reservations. Never going to stay here again, super sad about how rude these people were towards me and it felt VERY racially charged. My fiance confirmed this racism when he later checked in and a different front desk lady made a weird comment. It's 2026 Marriott ... wake up.

This place was nice a did well for our trip. The staff was friendly especially one gentlemen that worked the night shift he was very friendly and always asked what we saw that day. This hotel could use some updating. The breakfast was not the best I had, but the hotel beds and rooms are comfortable it was okay as we didnt spend a lot of time in the room.

The suite was perfect for our visit to Portland. The room was very well equipped complete with kitchenette and dining space. Great escape for a retreat. The fitness gym, the pool, a great common area and breakfast served each morning along with helpful and friendly hospitality staff made our trip extra special. Congratulations to GM Tyler and his team for keeping up with the promise to deliver on a great weekend stay.
