Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We were sharing the two bedroom suite with another couple. The place is nice but basically we had no privacy. We were going to a Gala event and had to get dressed in the tiny bathroom as there are no doors in the bedroom downstairs. The bedroom upstairs is on a loft so you also don’t get privacy. The only doors were to bathroom and closets. I wouldn’t advertise this room as a two bedroom suite as it was just a room with a bed downstairs and a loft upstairs. If you need privacy this room is not for you. Looking at previous pictures it looks like there used to be doors to the bedroom but they took them out. Not sure who decided on this but I don’t see why anyone would want their bed on...

Overall a great hotel! The layout of the property is a little weird, it isn't one building but lots of several townhouse-style buildings each with 4-6 suites. Many of the buildings have stairs to them, so if you have accessibility needs, make sure you get an accessable room. The property is very close to MA Rt. 1, MA Rt. 114 and I-95, so it's easy to get to the hotel and get to other places around the hotel. I stayed in a studio suite. The room was clean and in good shape when I arrived. The room itself is well-appointed for a long-term stay. There is a full-size kitchen with a fridge, electric stove/oven, microwave, countertop appliances, plates, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, etc....

This hotel was weird to say the least. Clean and comfortable, nothing bad like that. Its a dated property that was clearly never meant to be a hotel. It looks as if it was a condo development that either went bust or was bought out by Marriott. Door keypads have issues unlocking the door even after getting the green light. Could tell it was supposed to be a condo complex by having an outdoor pool. Never have seen a Residence Inn with that. It is well situated and quiet for the night. Would stay again, but wouldn't be my first choice.
