Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Overall, I have been back multiple years. The staff is very nice and attentive. If you have a problem in the room, they will attend to it. The location and the beach are fabulous. Musical performances make it special. HOWEVER... be careful of any charges you have from the restaurant. This is the second time I have had a problem. This time, I had a charge for a meal I paid cash for. I got blown off at check out, when I mentioned it, and have had to dispute it with the bank. I also asked for a transfer call to the front desk to resolve this, and the minute I said it was to dispute a charge, I got hung up on. Soooo for anyone reading this... watch your restaurant charges! Also, the roo...

We stayed at the resort for a family wedding. Upon arrival, the room as not ready but the front desk comped us breakfast and a cocktail which was very nice! We appreciated that. Unfortunately, that is where the good service ended. The cottage was the bare minimum with a non-functioning grille, no grille tools and a broken freezer with no ice. The pool towels were old rags at best, I could not believe they gave those out to guests. The room towels were perfectly fine though not enough. The cottage was NOT SERVICED during our stay. They replaced towels only when requested. Additionally, my family member spent the first day and night (and half the 2nd day) WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING, forcing them...

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel has a fantastic location right by the beach, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff made us feel very welcome. A special thank you to Alexander at the front desk. He provided incredibly fast and professional service, answered all our questions with patience, and always greeted us with a warm smile. His kindness and positive attitude made a great first impression and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Alexander, for your excellent hospitality! We truly appreciate your help and hope to come back again.

Booked a river room view room it had a gorgeous view from the balcony! Balcony was spacious as well. We caught some beautiful skies! Room was clean, property was clean and easily walkable. The beach front has loungers and access to the beach so easy. We would stay again!

Checked in on the Cape while visiting family using the American Express travel system. Very friendly check in and nice room with an ocean view. This was their soft start to the season but their staff was already on point and ready for the season. The continental breakfast had nice hot coffee, a selection of teas and a number of items including yogurts, danish, toast and pressed juices to pick from. The bar was open in the evening with snacks, a wonderful engaging bar tender and nice selection of drinks to choose from. Enjoyed walking on the beach, their heated indoor and outdoor pool and well groomed exterior with many budding flowers and trees. Very relaxing stay.
