Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We celebrated our wedding at Reading Farms Estate August 1st 2026 and it was everything we had hoped it would be and more. The grounds were so beautifully taken care of that we stayed for 3 nights with 36 family members to soak it all in. The ponds, the hills, the trails, the pool, the movie theatre... everything was immaculate along with the service from the staff and owners. It was all hands on deck with Arturo and Stacy and so many other helping hands. The experience seeing our tent set up so beautifully with trees, exotic flowers, lighting and chandeliers form the ceiling made it magical. We really felt attended to by the team and the estate was incredible. If we could get married again ...

This place is a dream, by far the most beautiful estate I've ever seen. The view, the house, the barn, the trails, the space! It's got a 10 burner gas stove and a couple of ovens, you could cook 3 thanksgivings if you wanted to! The wifi works in most of the house but not outside and you have zero reception but youre not going to need it, there's plenty of other things to do.
