Nice location, however the website is very deceiving. The king water view room with patio is very small and the bathroom is even smaller. The bed was hard as a rock and the ac unit needs attention. The smoke alarms also need to be replaced. The staff do not vacuum the floors, they only sweep the floors. For the price we paid for this inn, I expected top notch service. There is no restaurant here. There is a coffee shop and a bar that doesn’t have top shelf liquor. They also have a poolside bar that only serves until 5pm. This place has a great location right on the water, which makes for some lovely views if you get a room facing the ocean. It definitely has a more classic, older resort feel, which some people might find charming, though it also means some parts of the property are showing their age. It is a decent spot if you want to be near the beach and within walking distance of town, but don't expect a super modern experience.

Booked a 1 night stay here. Even with it being off season on the Cape, I feel like the price was fair. The folks at the front desk were friendly and allowed us to check in well before actual check in time which was a bonus for us. The area was perfect and we had a great view of the harbor. The room was small, but had its own walk out to a small patio area, which we liked. The bathroom was tiny, and so was everything in it. We only needed the room for a quick shower and sleep, so it worked ok for us. You can tell they have been putting in some effort to upgrade things, but the rooms and wooden patio could use a major face-lift. The upgrades they have done just felt cheap honestly, and i wasnt...

This is a very old hotel. There is a musty smell in the hallway that leaded to my room and there was a bucket in the middle of the hallway collecting the leaking water that was coming from the ceiling. It's pretty dark in the hallways but it looks like one part of the hotel has been renovated with a new carpet. I think they're in the process of renovating the entire building. It didn't look like the door lock bolted completely in my room, either but... meh. Some would care about that, I really didn't. My room was okay and the bed was super comfortable! The bathroom was small and so was the shower. I didn't really care all that much since I didn't spend most of my time in the room but ...

We picked the Provincetown Inn for our stay for a few reasons, and it did not disappoint. We have a dog and that made this choice simple. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were spot on with a comfortable king size bed overlooking the harbor.I happened to like the flooring which was a simply great choice for coming in from a sandy beach. Location is excellent if you are heading out to any adventure at the National Seashore. I did not get to the restaurant, but the pool was a perfect spot to relax. I would book this again!
