Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a catering partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Awesome and amazing. Delicious food, delightful staff. Plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options and even gf rolls, everything is made fresh daily. The caprese sandwich and veggie wrap were unbelievable as was the fingerling potato salad and the southern slaw. The chocolate chunk cookies also got rave reviews! We will definitely be back!

We could not have been happier with Pink Door! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The entire team was super friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail was executed flawlessly throughout the night. The food was absolutely delicious-our guests are still talking about it weeks later! Everything was beautifully presented and exceeded our expectations. Pink Door Catering was absolutely incredible. I attended my sister’s wedding, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. The food was amazing, the drinks were fantastic, and every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the night. Everything was executed flawlessly, and it was clear how much care and attention to detail went into making the day special. Guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the food was and how wonderful the service was. Pink Door played such a big role in making my sister’s wedding feel so memorable, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer. They exceeded expectations in every way.

Matt, Linda, and the rest of the team at Pink Door Catering made our wedding weekend the best weekend of our lives! They were awesome to work with from start to finish. During our tasting, we were able to put together the perfect mix of appetizers, choose our own custom salad, and make the perfect dinner for our special Cape Cod wedding. We have heard non-stop compliments about the food from our wedding, and multiple guests have already reached out to Matt to work events for them. I couldn't recommend Pink Door Catering more, they made our big day extra special and I will always be extremely grateful for that.
