Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a catering partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Perleys Catering was amazing to work with! I had found them on google and then on Facebook. Everything they had to offer looked so good! So I reached out and we had a zoom scheduled within a week! By the end of the call, we asked them to cater our wedding! Cathy and Perley were great since day one, they answered all our questions timely and were very kind. The food was amazing! There were many options to choose from, we went with the hot carved meat (roast beef and turkey) and were so glad we did! Our guests raved about them as well! We highly recommend using Perleys Catering for a wedding or your next event!

We used Perley's for our wedding at Sunset Meadows. They were flexible & responsive throughout the planning process, affordable, and the food was amazing on the day of the wedding! They were also very accommodating to our gluten free guests which was appreciated! Highly recommend!

We used Perley's Catering for our wedding on July 29th! They were great to work with leading up to the wedding. They helped us choose and put together the perfect menu. They answered any and all questions I had. The food was amazing! We got so many compliments on how great the food was. People especially loved the steak carving option, corn on the cob, and Mac and cheese. But it was all great!! There was plenty of food and it went seamlessly on the wedding day! I 100% recommend going with Perley's Catering.

Perley’s catered our wedding. They were incredibly professional and we had so many guests tell us how amazing the food was. Our charcuterie table that was made for our cocktail hour was beautiful. We are so happy and highly recommend them!

Getting here

How far is this from home?

Pick the city you and most of your guests will be driving from and we will estimate the trip.

An estimate for planning, not live traffic. Leafy weekends in October always take longer.
