What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

This venue is like a playground in terms of wedding photography potential! Had so much fun with my clients on the swings, the sweeping views of the ocean, and the super inviting, really cool atmosphere that makes guests feel like they're on a beach resort. This venue has so many awesome features from floor to ceiling windows showcasing the ocean to a hidden arcade. This venue boasts incredible views but also fun little details to discover while you enjoy the wedding day. Also, they provide an awesome last dance experience with a fog machine. So cool and I have NEVER seen anything like it. Love this place!

This was absolutely the perfect place for our ceremony and first toast with all of our friends and family. The entire staff & coordinators are amazing to work with. Their kindness and patience made the day flow effortlessly, and we truly couldn’t have asked for better people to help bring our vision to life. Every detail was thoughtfully handled and the professionalism is unmatched!! My husband & I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a seamless, joyful, and beautifully coordinated wedding ceremony. They are spectacular to work with, and we are so grateful for the unforgettable memories they helped us create. 💕

My thoughts to share on the venue we recently visited. Entering the view was classy displace of the character that was to come. While walking up the to the second floor right after entering and pasting great display of the bar area was stunning ocean view just over a deck area that added as some will say breathtaking touch, and the added well-kept interiors exuded character. While the decoration was tasteful, for the venue itself. Howver, it might limit a personal touch for ones own personal decor. Furthermore, the highlight was undoubtedly the food; the braised beef served at the wedding i was blessed to attend was exceptional, striking just the right balance, amd enhancing the night. Photo...

I photographed a wedding at Oceanview of Nahant in Nahant, MA, and it was an unforgettable experience. This oceanfront venue offers some of the most breathtaking coastal views in New England, making it perfect for romantic and dramatic wedding photos. The ceremony space overlooks the water, providing a stunning backdrop for saying “I do,” and the reception space is elegant yet relaxed, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of the location while celebrating in comfort. The staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional, making sure every detail of the day was flawless. As a professional wedding photographer who has worked at many waterfront venues, I can confidently say Oceanview of Nahant...

Coming from across the country from Washington State, the venue staff was so great to work with! From the very first communication, up to the wedding day and final gallery delivery, everyone I had the pleasure of working with was extremely nice and helpful. The venue's breathtaking ocean front, lush greenery, and skyline views made for so many picturesque backdrops.
