Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Lovely and clean rooms and fantastic pool/sauna also very clean. Experience only let down by the breakfast - if cost is an issue please offer a supplement option to pay for a larger spread or more cooked options we ended up going elsewhere for breakfast

What a great find for our family’s ski vacation! We chose it for the location being 10 minutes away from Stowe and including breakfast. At $250 a night, this is very reasonable, especially considering the size of room and on site amenities. Our room had a king bed and bunk beds for our kids. A small dining table, microwave and fridge, couch and plenty of surfaces and space for ski gear. The indoor pool, hot tub and dry sauna were perfect after a day of skiing. They were well maintained and clean. It was cute to walk over the pool on a wooden bridge from our room to the dining area every morning where breakfast is served. Breakfast iis quite basic and unlimited to order: Scrambled eggs wi...

Very nice spot directly on the shuttle route to the mountain. The rooms are big, 24/7 free coffee, and there is a nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast is almost adequate but run completely inefficiently. The TV's are super old so forget streaming or casting from your phone, and the shower could be better as well. However, for a ski bum kinda place it's perfect!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our short time here- from the grassy area and beautiful river in the back of the property to the comfortable rooms/nearby walking trail, we really loved it! Breakfast was great, and Andy was a wonderful host- servicing everyone with a smile and great attitude!

Bed was ok but on a little downward towards the head, no microwave in room, bathtub is slippery, almost fell in shower because of slippery tub, won't be going back there again because even though we smoked cigarettes out in our truck, we still smell like cigarette smoke and they accused us for smoking in the room. Anywhere we stay we do not smoke in the room we always go out to our truck, I kept telling them that we don't smoke in the room and the guy was adamant that we did. So we left and will never go back again, also there was a person working for them and he didn't stay 10 feet away from the building to smoke his cigarette but they didn't say anything to him, I guess that's because he w...
