Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a catering partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Why this business stood out

Our event was an informal Celebration of Life held at the home of our late mother's dear friend in Rutland Town. Our family lives in Canada, so we asked for recommendations from locals in Rutland, and Noel's was mentioned more than once -- with very positive feedback. Amanda was extremely helpful in guiding our family with the type and amount of food required for approximately 30 guests. Everyone who attended raved about the food, and the brownies are the best my sister has ever tasted. Delivery of the food and pick-up of the beverage containers were b...

Wedding Catering Review: Delicious Food and attentive, hard-working staff. We booked Noel’s having never tasted their food, but with limited options in the area, they met our budget and could provide the food we were looking for. I am SO glad we chose them. We had a barbeque Friday night with ribs and chicken and all the food was delicious. This was served buffet style and it was truly an elevated buffet BBQ. The food was hot and staff was very on top of things, taking plates, and serving the buffet for our guests. Saturday dinner was remarkable. We served chicken piccata, and steak and lobster. Everything was so fresh, and I don’t know how the chef got the lobster so perfectly moist and fla...

I had to use my second account to say just how great this experience was! Seriously, the food is amazing. We had the Prime Rib dinner with Garlic Mash, Beans, and so much more. I have also heard the barbecue menu is to die for!
