What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a entertainment partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We hired High Line (through Night Shift Entertainment) for our wedding, and it was hands down the best decision we made. We chose the eight-piece band — three vocalists, guitar, drums, keyboard, and a three-piece horn section — and it was the perfect lineup. The dance floor was packed from the very first song to the last. Beyond their incredible talent, what truly impressed us was the care they put into personalizing the night. They learned several special songs just for us, including “Maybe I’m Amazed” for our first dance, all of our parent dances, and “Wagon Wheel” for a college tradition. At midnight, they even led the entire room in Happy Birthday when my husband turned 31 — such a fun a...

We worked with Nightshift Entertainment and their band Highline for our wedding in Providence, and we could not be more thrilled. Highline brought a tremendous amount of energy and fun to our wedding, and our guests loved how interactive they were. Beyond that, I need to mention how phenomenal the lead Keith was. Not only did he have perhaps the best voice I’ve heard, but he was a tremendous MC at dinner introducing everyone for their speeches and making everything seem fluid. Everyone was so kind to work with and we absolutely adored them. It is also worth noting the professionalism of the NSE team. They also provided such fun recommendations like having our horn section start a procession ...

We had Soho play at our wedding and they were absolutely phenomenal. They truly made the night! Everyone was blown away. People are still talking about the moment the saxophonist played two saxes at once, it was unbelievable. We also loved that they came down onto the dance floor to perform with everyone, it made the whole night feel so much more fun and personal. If you're looking for a band that will make your wedding unforgettable, look no further. Soho was flawless from start to finish. Highly, highly recommend!

We cannot recommend Night Shift Entertainment and the entire team — Erik (DJ/guitarist), Trace (saxophonist), Naavi Strings, and Gilded Harps — highly enough! From the ceremony through the final song of the night, the music was absolutely fantastic. The ceremony music was beautiful, and the reception exceeded all of our expectations. The dance floor was packed all night, and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had. The entire team brought so much professionalism, energy, and talent to our wedding day. We are grateful for their role in making our celebration so memorable!

Booking SoHo from NightShift Entertainment was such a great decision! They were absolutely incredible and hands down the most common compliment we received, both during the night and in the days and weeks following, was how amazing the band was. From the very first note, they set the tone for the entire celebration and it was clear that we were in for something special. The energy they brought was infectious. Their ability to read the room and keep the momentum going was truly impressive. The vocals were powerful, the instrumentals were next level and their presence on stage felt more like a concert than a traditional wedding band, in the best way possible. One of the lead singers also serve...
