Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a photo & video partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Words can't describe how happy I am with both my engagement and wedding photos. Sue and her team did a remarkable job capturing every detail of our wedding. I got married on September 27, 2025, and my wedding day was peak season. Sue was able to capture the most beautiful photos of my husband and me on a gorgeous fall day. She was patient and well-organized throughout the entire process. Her editing made my photos "pop" in color. I have received so many complaints about my photos! I can promise you that you won't be disappointed with your photos!! I highly recommend her for your special day. 5/5!!

After attending a bridal show my husband and I decided we wanted Sue and Dan to photograph our wedding and we’re so glad they did! They are fantastic and work well together photographing each event from different angles and perspectives. We are so happy with our engagement and wedding photos, they are absolutely perfect! We highly recommend Moments Photography.

My husband and I hired Sue to photograph our wedding and wow, we are so impressed with the work she does. Sue was so kind and so helpful throughout the entirety of her session with us. There wasn’t a single photo in our album that I disliked. Sue is extremely talented and I would recommend her to everyone who is looking to get professional photos done.

My friends and I had so much fun with Sue! She took our law school graduation photos during golden hour. Despite some rain, the pics turned out amazing! Sue was such a trooper, even still laying on the ground to capture the perfect shot. I was impressed with how well she managed 6 of us wanting individualize shots and then squeezing in really cute group shots. She also came up with great poses and ideas during the shoot. Finally, she made sure to capture the poses we sent her ahead of time. I highly recommend!!
