Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a florals partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

I was sent the most beautiful and diverse flower arrangement from this shop! I also love visiting their greenhouse—the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable.

Absolutely love this florist! The bouquets are always fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. I ordered flowers for a friend’s birthday, and they were even more stunning than I imagined. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the ordering process simple and enjoyable. Delivery was prompt and perfectly presented. I’ll definitely return for future occasions!

The customer service at Merrimack Flower shop is 1,000,000/10! I arrived when the shop was closed and when the shop owner saw me in the parking lot as she was loading up her car she opened the shop back up so I could get what I needed. It was so kind of her! She took her time wrapping my roses with care and it was so beautifully wrapped up I didn’t even want to unwrap them. I can tell this flower shop cares a lot, not only for their flowers and plants but their customers. I had a lovely experience and will definitely be back again! Thank you so much!

The arrangement was beautiful, but what impressed me even more was the customer service. They called ahead to let me know they would not leave the flowers outside where they could spoil, and instead made sure that my sister-in-law would be home to receive them. That extra level of care and attention meant a lot and showed they genuinely care about both their products and their customers. Highly recommend!

I inadvertently entered the incorrect delivery address when ordering online. The delivery person was good enough to call me to get the correct address and subsequently delivered the beautiful sympathy arrangement. Hats off to the Merrimack Flower Shop and their delivery team for overcoming all odds and getting the flower arrangement to the correct address! Well done!!
