Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a outdoor movie partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Highly recommend Mega Movies USA for corporate events! We used their LED screen for an outdoor Employee Appreciation Day, and it was incredibly bright. Completely visible even in full sunlight! Great audio and very professional service. Looking forward to having them next year.

Great company to work with. The setup was seamless, the equipment was top-notch, and the staff were very friendly. It was the perfect addition to my son’s birthday celebration. Thanks for the great memories!

We had these guys for my daughter's 15th birthday party and they went above and beyond. We've rented a screen in the past for the Super Bowl in 2017 and it was not a great screen at all. When I spoke on the phone with Calvin, he told me that they had the best screens in the industry and that we were in great hands. When I saw the screen for myself I was very impressed and glad that I went with Mega Movies. They were set up an hour earlier than scheduled and instead of waiting, they popped on a dance game on the screen for my daughter and her friends to play. She still talks about how fun it was to this day. I highly recommend these guys and I'm sure we'll be hiring them again in the future.

We hosted a "drive in" movie night for our 6th grade middle schoolers. We booked with Mega Movies and couldn't have been happier. Yaw from the company was very flexible in booking a date with the option for a rain date if needed. He was in contact ahead of the event answering all of our questions. On the day of the event, he came and worked with us on the best spot to set up and took care of everything. It went perfectly. The sound was clear and loud enough, the movie was easy to see and it felt like a true drive in! . The kids set up lawn chairs or sat in the back of their cars, snacked on popcorn and had a blast. We highly recommend Mega Movies for your next event!

These guys really know their stuff. I was worried about the space in my backyard, and they found the right screen to get the job done. It was so big and the quality of the video was AMAZING. Best service I've gotten in a long time. They were very respectful and even played some games for my kids before we watched the video. I'm definitely going to hire these guys again in the future and I recommend them if you need to rent a screen!
