I used Marissa for my wedding hair this past June and was incredibly happy with the results!! I booked a trial and after a beautiful makeup and hair trial I decided I wanted my makeup to be something I did to feel more true to me. Marissa was completely understanding and supportive. Her laid back energy made for a fun and relaxing morning. She finished ahead of schedule and everyone’s hair looked great! ( and held up through the 6 hour downpour we had on our wedding day!!) I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding hair and makeup artist! From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional and clearly passionate about what she does. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and made me feel completely confident in the plan for my wedding day. On the day of the wedding, she brought such a calm, fun energy that made the whole getting-ready process even more special. I booked Marissa & company for my wedding, and they were absolutely amazing from the trial to my big day. The communication was smooth, they arrived on time, and made everyone feel comfortable. Not only is Marissa extremely talented, she really listened to my vision and brought it to life. My makeup and hair looked flawless and both held perfectly through the duration of the ceremony, photos, and a night of fun! My bridesmaids also looked stunning. I have nothing but great things to say about Marissa and my entire wedding hair/makeup experience! If you are looking for a girl who can do it all, you have come to the right place!! One thing that was important to me was finding someone who could do both hair and makeup to make the morning of my wedding as easy as possible and she knocked it out of the park! It was an absolute dream working with Marissa and her talented team. Their work on both hair and makeup is truly amazing, and they managed to stay perfectly on schedule—actually finishing ahead of time, which was a welcome bonus on a busy day! Beyond their professionalism, Marissa is so friendly and easy to chat with; we talked for hours during the trial, making the entire experience comfortable and fun. When I decided to change my makeup look on the day of the event, she absolutely nailed it, executing the new style flawlessly.
