Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

I’ve stayed here a few times over the years 5 in total this time the resort had been remodeled. We booked the jimmy buffet sweet the description of what the room had and the room received was different. The description said jacuzzi and fire place when there was not a bath at all just a stand up shower the sweet was 400 no fire place this place is for kids so I don’t understand why there wasn’t even a bathtub. Later that night around 9 pm i went to thw front seat to ask for a blanket the one they give for The one they give for the pull out couch was thin throw blanket, I was informed that all the house keeping was gone and they didn’t have any. I did however receive an extra set of sheets. Al...

We had a great stay! Check-in was quick and easy, and Sophia at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful during check-in. She made us feel welcome and right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was nice and clean when we arrived, we would like to thank the housekeeping team for their hard work. Cape Cod hotels are generally expensive during the summer, but we felt the stay was worth it. Our kids also loved the complimentary marshmallows—it was a fun and thoughtful touch! Overall, we truly appreciated Sophia’s hospitality and the thoughtful details throughout our stay that helped make our family trip comfortable and enjoyable.

Stayed here during a recent vacation. Room was great, bed was awesome and bathroom was top notch. It was a little noisy from the hallway during the day but that just might've been some loud guests passing by, didn't hear them at night. Did not opt for the extra water park but did go to the pool. It was very small and somewhat crowded. Figured the kids would be all in the water park, but they stayed blocking the stairs and the duration of the pool visit was the life guard whistling and yelling at them to move which was kind of entertaining. The pool could have been cleaner, stuff was floating around when I took a quick dip that grossed me out. They did give out free ice pops and other treats ...

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel! It was the perfect place for families, adults, and even dog owners. There was truly something for everyone. The staff was exceptional, and Sophia deserves a special shoutout. She went above and beyond throughout our stay. Whether we needed extra towels or decided to book an additional night, she was always happy to help. Her warm, welcoming attitude and genuine kindness made a great experience even better. The amenities for kids were outstanding and kept our children entertained throughout our stay. We also really appreciated that the restaurant stayed open later than most places on the Cape, where many restaurants close ea...
