Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Maple Rock Farm is the place to get married at, Cass and Bill are amazing people. They made sure my husband and I had a beautifully smooth day and no stress. I highly recommend Maple Rock Farm to anyone looking to get married in Maine. It has everything you need for a wedding right on the property and the owners are the best. The barn itself is so warm and comfortable feeling and also beautiful. Plenty of parking for your guests and all my guest still rave about our wedding and the place we got married at to this day!

Bill and Cass (of Maple Rock Farms) were excellent hosts. The location is beautiful, the old barn is maintained and in great shape. The apple trees made for a great photo back drop. Bill was constantly helpful with advice on how to setup, picture locations, and time management. We ended up hiring him as our day of coordinator and it was immensely helpful. We also rented out the farm house for our wedding party to stay the weekend and it was a great time. The house was perfect for getting ready with multiple large rooms and for celebrating both before and after the wedding. I highly recommend Maple Rock Farms if you are looking for a wedding venue.

Hello from Audrey and Sam! We can't think of a venue more deserving of this 5 star review. Having planned our Sept. 2023 wedding for a full year, we were nervous about how it would all turn out to say the least. When we arrived on location the nerves were quickly abated and Maple Rock worked tirelessly to make the day we had worked so hard to plan, a reality. It was truly our dream wedding made manifest and we couldn't have asked for a better location or a more dedicated staff. If you plan to have your event here, please use every part of the venue. (or a least as much as you can!) We realized that was probably our favorite takeaway and looking back we now have significant memories in each...

This was the perfect venue for my sister's wedding! I was the 'man of honor' for the weekend and never had an issue finding the owners for questions or help with set-up/event coordination. They had the "run of show" dialed in with the couple, handled any issues that came up with ease and really made everyone feel welcome the entire time! Highly recommend considering Maple Rock Farm for your wedding and taking the opportunity to explore the surrounding area as much as possible as you'll get to see beautiful western Maine! Many many thanks to Bill & Cass for being such gracious hosts and keeping up such a beautiful wedding venue!

We provided wedding videography at Maple Rock Farm in Parsonsfield Maine in early October 2025. The team at Maple Rock was outstanding, so helpful and easy to work with. The food was excellent and we had such a fun time capturing this day for our couple. Highly recommend this wedding venue to couples looking for a stunning Maine venue!
