Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a venue partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

My family and I had a great stay at Maple House Manor along with several others. It had enough space and accommodations to comfortably fit families with kids ranging from newborns to pre-teens. The movie theater, indoor pool and game room allowed us to have our own private mini-resort. The large home has plenty of parking and is within walking distance to stores and also has a park nearby. The location is well situated between several area breweries and ski options. I’d would recommend and am planning on returning again.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Maple House Manor! It's a spacious and luxurious property that can comfortably accommodate seven+ families, making it perfect for large group gatherings. The amenities were top-notch - the pool, movie theater, game room, and hot tub provided endless entertainment options for everyone. Having two kitchens and multiple kitchenettes within the bedrooms made meal preparation a breeze, and it was great for those who wanted to cook together or have private dining options. The location was also a big plus, being close to multiple breweries added an extra layer of enjoyment for those who appreciate craft beer. Overall, it was a memorable experience filled wi...

If I could give more stars I would. What a charming and enjoyable space to spend a long weekend with friends. We all had plenty of space to sleep and with so many bathrooms no one had to wait - which can be challenging at a lot of places. The kids loved swimming in an indoor pool! And the rec room and theater were the perfect place to hang out both young and old. We also walked to a fun playground that was a 3 minute walk away. The host was extremely accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable with plenty of Vermont charm including a witch window. We’ll definitely be back for more!

A great multi-family experience! We hosted our annual Friendsgiving at the Maple House Manor and it couldn’t have been better! There was plenty of space and activities for 15 adults and 12 children (most under the age of 3) to eat, sleep, relax, play and enjoy ourselves with the amenities on-site (pool, 2x hot tubs, 2x kitchens, game room, movie theater, expansive family room, etc…) and offsite (public playground a block away, lots of restaurant options, and beautiful scenery). We also made use of the wood fired pizza oven to have a make your own pizza night which was a huge hit for the kids and adults! We are already looking at dates for next year to return to Maple House Manor to cont...
