Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a photo & video partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

James is absolutely everything you want in a videographer and more. He captured every little moment and was able to create a video that represented our day perfectly. His energy was so much fun and made us feel comfortable from the second we met him. I can't speak highly enough about James and his work. If you are debating having a videographer or not, I promise you that if you hire James, you won't regret your decision.

John was our videographer at our wedding in September of 2022. John is equally professional as he is fun. We are grateful that he helped preserve the memories of our wedding, especially since our photographer never gave us our photos. Without John, we would have nothing to memorialize our wedding. I am forever grateful for him. Thank you again.

Edit: given prompt response from owner on this review, it should be noted that 1 month prior to our wedding the sheet of desired shots was emailed (I did also laminate a copy for day-of, but the shot list was provided prior to the wedding day). The request for a specific song to be the highlight reel music and file were also included in that same correspondence. Simply trying to post an honest review of our experience now that our business is complete. James was good to work with on the day of our wedding. We had no issues working with him leading up to the day either, and picked him primarily because his contract provided us with the raw video footage he took. I provided him a laminated sh...

James was truly wonderful to work with. He was fun, easy to communicate with, upbeat and responsive. Pricing for our videography was fair and the process overall was simply and low stress. We couldn't be happier with how well he captured our special day. If your in the market for someone to capture your forever memories-- James is top notch!

Looking for someone to capture your special day on video? Look no further. As a professional photographer myself, I would recommend him every time. James not only knows what he is doing with years of experience, he also has the personality to bring out the true beauty in those he is working with. I'm so grateful we chose him. Still not sure? Just give him a call and you'll know right away.

How far is this from home?

Pick the city you and most of your guests will be driving from and we will estimate the trip.

An estimate for planning, not live traffic. Leafy weekends in October always take longer.
