Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a hair & beauty partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Kim and her assistant Monica and Carri, were amazing! Kim always has a positive, bubbly personality. She comes from the south and has that southern charm! I am very picky when it comes to aesthetics and appearances and hair & makeup were both very important to me. Makeup was really easy I knew what I wanted. Hair was harder for me. I knew what I didn’t like but couldn't find the right style that I did like. Also, lipstick color was very hard and other skincare issues that I needed to work on outside of Kim’s realm. Regardless, Kim was very patient and understanding and even offered me a 2nd trial which was just the best and was exactly what I needed for my hair! Day of, everything came out...

Kim and Nataly were incredible. Between me as the bride, 8 bridesmaids, two flower girls and a MOG, they somehow managed to stay on time without sacrificing an ounce of quality. Everyone’s hair not only looked beautiful, but stayed all day. Kim is also such a warm and friendly presence - I knew from the moment I went to my trial with her in the spring of 2024 that she was absolutely the right choice. Book her and her team!!!!

It was wonderful to work with Kimberly and Andrea for my wedding. If you think about it, you end up spending a lot of time with your hair and makeup artist on your wedding day, and I/we couldn't have asked for a better team than Kimberly and Andrea. They kept a portfolio of each bridesmaid's preferred looks so that day of they knew what each person was looking for, and, in addition, did an incredible job giving that person the look they were hoping for. Both Kimberly and Andrea are artists in the truest sense of the word. They were kind, compassionate, flexible, and worked with each individual to sculpt the perfect look. We loved having them as a part of our wedding and would suggest them to...

Kim and her team did mine and my bridesmaids hair and makeup for my wedding and they were fabulous. They met us at my house the morning of and made us all look and feel beautiful! They listened to what look/style we were each looking for and made it happen! Not only did they provide exceptional beauty skills but they provided a comfortable environment equipped with positive energy and vibes while we were getting ready as well! I felt truly beautiful throughout my wedding and my bridesmaids all reported the same. I highly recommend Kim and her fantastic team for all your hair and makeup needs!

I couldn’t have been happier with the hair and makeup services leading up to and on my wedding day! Kim and Carrie were so communicative throughout the process - always prompt and professional. I appreciated having a trial to sort out styles that I did and didn't like and Kim was so patient as I figured that out! On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly and right on schedule, which made the day so much more relaxing. Not only were they reliable, but their work was absolutely stunning. My hair and makeup turned out exactly how I envisioned—elegant, timeless, and photo-ready all day long. They truly enhanced how I felt walking down the aisle: confident, radiant, and completely myself. Plus,...
