Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a photo & video partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Why this business stood out

Don't think twice about booking Keith! Working with Keith was easy, fun, and his photographs are beautiful. Not only does Keith possess all the professional attributes you look for an any wedding vendor (timely, organized, great at communicating) but he is friendly, patient, and kind. He went with the flow when people asked for more portraits than we expected, he was flexible with our unusual wedding schedule, and was up for wandering our farm with us in the rain. Keith made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, blended into the guests during the wedding, and was always a pleasure to spend time with. The photos themselves are natural, warm, and capture the magic and movement of the day...

Absolutely amazing! Looking back, it’s crazy how much time you spend with your photographer on your wedding day, and having someone like Keith was everything we needed. He is patient, flexible, and calm in the chaos. Working with Keith was easy and fun from the very start, from engagement shoot to wedding day. He’s everything you could hope for in a wedding photographer - professional, organized, communicative, and genuinely kind. Our photos are beautiful and so full of life. Thank you, Keith, for capturing our favorite memories so beautifully and for being such a calm, grounding presence throughout it all! We’re so happy Keith was part of our day! - Courtney & Kyle

Booking Keith to photograph our wedding was the best wedding decision we made! The photos were better than we could have imagined and we still find ourselves opening up our gallery in awe of how perfect they turned out! We knew we wanted a photographer that could capture our day without being overly posed/making the photo-taking process feel like a chore, and Keith was the perfect fit. Both my husband I are very camera shy, but we felt so comfortable with Keith's calming presence and skill. He was able to really capture the emotion of the day without us feeling overwhelmed by photographs and we were able to enjoy our day without any stress! We first met Keith when he photographed our propos...

Keith is amazing! From the very beginning, he was kind, professional, and understood our vision. Keith captured so many beautiful candid moments that truly reflected the joy and love we felt on wedding day. What we especially loved was his style—it was the perfect combination of chic New York and down to earth Vermont. The photos have an elegant, modern edge while still feeling warm, natural, and timeless. Every picture feels effortless, bright, and happy- exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend his work!
