Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a photo & video partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Kathleen went above and beyond to capture mine and my husbands elopement! She took our vision and truly made it a reality and more. She was able to make the photos fun and easy for us, guiding us along the way. We had received our final pictures so quickly and they all look better than I could have imagined! I would recommend Kathleen time and time again!

Kathleen was a great photographer. She was very communicative prior to the wedding and on the day of. She was able to hop back and forth between the bride and the groom and we got some great getting ready photos. During the ceremony, she captured some of the greatest candid shots. The first look and photos of just the two of us were beautiful. She came with ideas and thoughts and made some decisions on the fly which were GREAT and really became some of our favorites. The family and guest photos were beautiful. She captured everyone throughout the night. Really happy that we hired her. Would recommend!

We had an amazing experience with Kathleen, and we can’t thank her enough! Despite booking her last minute, she graciously gave up her New Year’s to capture our special moments, and we are beyond grateful. She was incredibly easy to work with, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. On the day of the session, she was not only helpful and professional but also made sure everything went off without a hitch. What truly stood out was how wonderful she was with our 7-month-old. Her patience and ability to make our little one feel comfortable were truly impressive. The photos turned out absolutely stunning, capturing memories we’ll cherish forever. Kathleen photographed our rehearsal dinner and wedding at The Rockleigh this summer. She was spectacular from start to finish and the photos are perfect. Kathleen and her team were fantastic on our wedding day and made the planning leading up to our wedding incredibly easy and smooth. She has clearly done this a lot because she knew exactly what shots every couple should have, which resulted in some incredible photos we wouldn't have even thought to ask for. My now Wife and I would highly recommend Kathleen for your wedding, or any event you need an spectacular photographer for.

Kathleen is a fantastic wedding photographer! She captured our day beautifully. I don't care to have my picture taken, but Kathleen got so many amazing images of us. I loved how she got just the right light and angles of my husband and I! Such unique perspectives. Such passion for getting the best shot. My face hurt from laughing so much! Kathleen has a great sense of humor plus she kept me calm, focused and in the moment. I never felt rushed. Kathleen caught all our important moments throughout our day, as we had discussed in meetings before the wedding day. She was always available when I called. Our friends and family ordered prints as well, as she took great individual pics of everyo...
