Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Just a fantastic experience. Gorgeous rooms, spotless, beautiful building, wonderful restaurants right there as well as a grocery store, pharmacy and Target. You are right on the Emerald Necklace which is one of Boston’s greatest outdoor treasures. The staff are incredible. Respond immediately, friendly, quick to help in anyway and always follow up to make sure everything is resolved if there was a problem!

This was a great property and great location for our vacation to Boston. It was very close to the T so we could make it to all the different places we wanted to visit. Room was clean and bed and pillow were very comfortable. Check in was easy and staff were friendly. Loved how close it was to Fenway Park and there were good restaurants and grocery store nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Really fantastic place! Loved this as an alternative to a hotel for a 6-night stay in Boston. Having a kitchen and laundry in the unit really made a difference for us. The gym was fantastic and so was the beautiful common lounge on the 18th floor! We appreciated that the location was also A+ with a Target and Star market (grocery) within an easy 1-block walk. Lots of restaurants and bars too. Staff was always available and very responsive. I'd highly recommend!

We could not have had a better time experience with Kasa Boston. The apartment was spacious, clean and modern, and the location was excellent, and the staff super friendly. We were walking distance from the hospitals at the Longwood area which was perfect for our needs - but equally convenient to Fenway and central Boston. Extending our stay when it became necessary was easy and very reasonably priced. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved staying here. Beautiful room and view. Having laundry in the unit saved a shirt that I splashed tomato sauce on at dinner in the north end. Checkin was easy and the location was fantastic.
