Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a entertainment partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

We asked for a dance party and Kahootz delivered! We had so many guests tell us it was the most dancing they'd every seen/experienced at a wedding. Kahootz was so talented & fun & helped make it the best night ever! We definitely recommend!!

My husband and I hired Kahootz for our wedding band in October 2025 and still cannot get over how AMAZING they were. We also hired them to play for the ceremony and it was so beautiful to have the live music playing as the wedding party walked down the aisle. Kahootz truly made the evening so fun and had everyone (even people who never dance) out on the dance floor the whole night. I had always wanted a band for my wedding day and they surpassed all my expectations. We are still hearing comments over how amazing the band was. You will not be disappointed in hiring them!!!!

Kahootz absolutely MADE our wedding. The energy was incredible from start to finish, and the dance floor was packed the entire night. They knew exactly how to read the crowd and keep everyone on their feet all night long. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the band was. They created the most fun, electric atmosphere and truly made it the best night of our lives. We could not recommend Kahootz more highly!

Kahootz did an awesome job performing at our wedding. They were able to bring multiple age groups of guests out on the dance floor for the whole evening. I would recommend them to anyone for their upcoming celebrations!

Kahootz Entertainment band was phenomenal. Our guests have been texting us since the wedding raving about how amazing the band was. Throughout the planning the band was incredibly responsive and professional (shoutout to Chris). They made the planning very straight forward. They provided piano and string for the ceremony, a jazz duo for the cocktail hour and then the 9-piece band for the reception. Our dance floor was full the entire evening. Everyone was having a blast! They read the crowd and played the perfect songs in that kept everyone out there. I am so thankful that they were part of our wedding. They are so beyond talented!! Book them for your wedding!!!! You won't regret it!!!!
