Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a photo & video partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

I can not praise Jenna enough. Not only were the photos beautiful working with her was an amazing experience. Having good photos for our wedding day was very important to me and when we found her work it was a no brainer on having her photograph or wedding. But on top of amazing work she was also delightful to work with. Jenna made everyone feel so comfortable while taking photos and meshed well with everyone. Even months after the wedding we have had guests praising how amazing Jenna was. So thank you Jenna for making our fairytale wedding coming true.

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Jenna! From the very beginning she made us feel so comfortable and calm in front of the camera. As two people who are a little camera shy we were blown away by how natural she made everything feel. She knew exactly how to get real laughs out of us and never made anything feel overly posed or forced. Jenna has such a thoughtful and calming presence and that energy carried through the entire day. She was able to seamlessly organize and capture all of our family photos quickly and efficiently which meant we actually got to enjoy our cocktail hour without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Even just from the sneak peeks we’ve received so far we are a...

If you are in the market for a wedding photographer and you have the chance to hire Jenna, don't hesitate! For us, picking the right photographer was very important but also overwhelming since we know we'll look at our photos for years to come. I had spent hours trying to find the right photographer but it was tough to narrow down the options because there were so many to choose from. Our wedding planner ultimately recommended Jenna and, from our first consult call, we knew Jenna was the right fit for us. Not only were the sample albums that Jenna shared with us beautiful, but Jenna is awesome and instantly made us feel comfortable. Early in our photography search, someone urged us to pick...

Jenna is a spectacular photographer! My husband and I aren't big picture takers, but we wanted to capture some moments ahead of our mini wedding while we were on a trip in Vermont. Jenna was incredible to work with. She made us feel so at ease throughout the whole process and was game to hike around on top of a mountain with us for some engagement / elopement-type photos. All the pictures turned out beautiful (impossible to pick a favorite!!). She was even able to get us some "sneak peek" photos just a few days after our shoot so we could show them to our family. You can't go wrong choosing Jenna as your photographer. She is so talented, personable, adaptable, and easy to work with. She made...

If I could give Jenna 100 stars, I would!!! If you’ve stumbled on this review while searching for a wedding photographer, let this be your sign that hiring Jenna will be one of the most meaningful and special choices you make for your day. We worked with Jenna for our Vermont wedding in July 2025, including both our Welcome Party and Wedding Day. From our very first meet-and-greet, I knew we were in the best hands. Her warmth, humor, and genuine investment in our story as a couple stood out immediately. When wedding week arrived, she brought a calm and confident energy to every moment. She handled large group photos and family shots with such ease and efficiency... what could have felt cha...
