Planning perspective

What to consider before reaching out

A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.

For a photo & video partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Peterson was an amazing wedding videographer. I highly recommend booking him! He was incredibly easy to work with, responded quickly to all of my questions, and made the whole process stress-free. On our wedding day, he was punctual and worked seamlessly with our photographer. We were also so impressed with how quickly he delivered our videos—we received them within two weeks while we were still on our honeymoon! The videos were incredible and captured our day exactly as we remember it.

Peterson with Iron Films was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Leading up to our wedding, he was extremely easy to communicate with. On our wedding day, he brought excellent professional energy and enthusiasm and worked seamlessly with our photographer and her team. His product was beyond what we could have imagined and we feel so lucky to get to re-live our wedding day for years to come through the beautiful videos he put together. He captured every emotion and moment and was so easy to work with. His delivery was fast and his price was beyond fair. We would work with him 10x over!

We were so fortunate to have had the opportunity to with Peterson and Iron Films for our wedding day - just the right team that you'd want to be behind you, for your big day! He has an eye for capturing all the special moments - our video after the wedding came out spectacular, we were so impressed! We also received all the other clips from the entirety of the day, which were so much fun to watch. Everything from our wedding day seemed to go by so quickly - and to now have the chance to keep all the videos to look back to afterwards, is a really special thing! We always felt comfortable and had such a great time working with Peterson - he is easy going, and very detail oriented - it was no...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There are truly no words to describe how incredible Peterson was as our wedding Videographer. From start to finish, he absolutely blew our expectations out of the window and then some. Not only is his talent unreal, but his presence on our wedding day was calm, professional, and genuinely comforting. He made us feel so natural in front of the camera, captured every emotion so effortlessly, and somehow managed to be everywhere at once without ever being intrusive. This Video tells a story — the big moments, the quiet in-between moments, the raw emotion, the joy — all captured beautifully. Watching Our Video felt like reliving the entire day all over again, and that is something w...

We had the absolute best experience with Peterson and Iron Films for our wedding. From the very first call, Peterson made us feel comfortable and confident that he understood our vision and was very adaptable to any request. On the wedding day, he struck the perfect balance of being everywhere without ever being intrusive capturing moments we didn’t even realize were happening. The final film blew us away and he turned around in less than a week!!! If you’re looking for a videographer who is both an artist and a professional, Iron Films is the one.
