Planning perspective
What to consider before reaching out
A strong first conversation is about fit, not just availability. Share your date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want the day to have. Ask what is included, what typically changes the final quote, and what decisions need to be made earliest.
For a hotel rooms partner, confirm how communication works, who will be present on the day, and how the team handles changes. Pricing was not included in the supplied research, so request a current, itemized proposal directly from the business.

Had a very nice stay here with our family of 4 in August. Double Queen room on the second floor was very clean, quiet, and had comfortable beds. The grounds really stood out with a nice pool, pickleball and basketball court, lawn games, and little stream on the property to wade in. We enjoyed the on site breakfast and thought the staff was lovely. Also need to put a mention in for the incredible bike path that starts here, highly recommended.

My wife and I spent a week here for her Birthday. It's a perfect spot to get to hiking spots such as Mt. Mansfield, Underhill, and Mt. Philo State Parks. The Inn itself is very quiet and peacefu. It has a peaceful and beautiful river to chill nearby, access to the Recreation Path, bicycles, clean pool and hot tubs, and in every morning is a simple yet delicious breakfast. All included in our stay and affordable price! The room was on the 2nd Floor, Unit 20. The Unit is very spacious, clean, and the bed is comfy and super soft. The staff members are all nice and friendly to talk to. And they are able to give us their insights on the local places to eat and hike. We would definitely recommend ...

We stayed at Innsbruck Inn for two nights while visiting from the UK and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The chalet style accommodation was superb, with spacious, spotlessly clean rooms and a handy kitchenette area. The complimentary bikes were a fantastic bonus - we cycled to Stowe via the close by recreation path. We also loved the afternoon snack of tea, coffee, cookies, cheese and crackers, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was hearty and plentiful, with a cooked option alongside porridge, cereals and toast. The beautiful surroundings, including nearby river and recreation path leading to Stowe, made the stay even more enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend staying here...

We recently had a family reunion at the Innsbruck Inn. We were VERY happy with EVERYTHING. The inn was very clean. The beds were comfy. There was a good variety of room layouts. A great breakfast was included. The grounds were beautiful and the location was convenient to many shops and tourist spots. The manager and the entire staff were fantastic. We would highly recommend the Innsbruck Inn.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we called the hotel while we were on our way, we received a very warm and welcoming response. The receptionist was nice, polite, and helpful. She kindly arranged the exact room we were looking for, including the suite we wanted, and gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which was very important to us. Our suit was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful view. All the staff members we interacted with were friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. The breakfast was also good. Unfortunately, we did have one negative experience with one of the kitchen staff members during breakfast. We received a rather har...
